Kristy Whitford, our founder, boasts over 25 years of experience in the Spa, Beauty, Wellness, Fashion Retail, and Hotel industries. She has been affiliated with prestigious hotels, beauty firms, fashion labels, and artists with an iconic legacy, including The Claremont Resort & Spa, Elizabeth Arden, Mandarin Oriental, and most recently, The Beverly Hills Hotel and Bungalows. Since 2015, she has spearheaded the vision, selection, and design of products and partnerships for the renowned Beverly Hills hotel, transforming The Shop into a highly desirable fashion and product hub for international guests. Leveraging her spa expertise, she has also crafted a sanctuary within the spa, introducing a comprehensive menu of services and products that have established the spa as a sanctuary of wellness for both the local community and visitors worldwide.

Kristy relishes globetrotting, immersing herself in cultures through all senses, and collecting mementos from each place. Her passion for connecting human experiences inspired her to establish a company that revels in the delights of travel. It merges hospitality, culinary delights, fashion, beauty, art, and trusted brands that embody kindness. At The Hotel Club, she forges new connections where they didn’t exist.
